The paparazzi followed Princess Diana’s every move, making her the most photographed woman in the world even to this day. It’s well known that her marriage to Prince Charles was far from happy and eventually ended in divorce. Lady Diana once admitted in an interview that she was very unhappy in her marriage. However, she always put on a brave face in public, masking her pain with a bright smile.

But even Diana couldn’t always hide her true emotions from the camera lenses, and photographers often captured glimpses of what she was really feeling.
