The 2024 Christmas card photo of the Prince and Princess of Wales has been made public. It features the royal couple along with their three kids in a first for the royal family as they send joyous greetings via an animated card.
A video featuring Prince William and Catherine smiling while sitting on a hay bale with their three kids was released by Her Royal Highness in September.
Prince George, 11, who is nearly as tall as his mother now, is spotted in a casual blue T-shirt in the meantime.
Princess Charlotte, who is nine years old, and Prince Louis, who is six years old, are wearing summer shorts and a white blouse, respectively.
The message from William and Catherine read: “Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas” with a Christmas tree emoji.

The Princess had finished her prophylactic chemotherapy for cancer, according to the original footage, which was captured in Norfolk by Will Warr. A number of photos showed the royal couple at their country home, Anmer Hall, with their three kids, at the beach, and taking a dog walk in the neighboring forest.

“Doing what I can to stay cancer free is now my focus,” Catherine said after sharing her “relief” at the end of her treatment. She also added, “Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes.”

Shortly after the family attended Catherine’s Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey, which honored those “who have shown love, kindness, and empathy to others in their communities,” the Christmas card image was made public.
The artistic black-and-white image they published last year, which was captured by fashion and portrait photographer Josh Shinner, is not the same as the family photo.

On a summer day in Windsor in 2022, William and Catherine were photographed with their kids taking a stroll.
Additionally, 2021’s offering was a photo of the five-member family enjoying a private vacation in Petra, Jordan.
In April, to commemorate a year since the coronation, Millie Pilkington took a picture of the King and Queen’s annual Christmas card in the Buckingham Palace garden.
