Taylor Swift‘s iconic backing dancer Kameron Saunders has addressed his recent fall on stage during her Wembley Eras Tour gig on Instagram on Sunday.
The dancer from St. Louis slipped and fell during her concert on August 16 in front of 96,000 fans as she performed her hit track, I Can Do It With A Broken Heart from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.
Kameron looked to handle the situation with grace as he rushed to carry on the routine while carrying a large white feathered fan.
He has since taken to social media jokingly describing the fall as ‘demure,’ a playful nod to a viral TikTok trend where users showcase their routines in a ‘demure’ manner.
Sharing the video of the fall, it began with a freeze-frame of him on the ground, accompanied by a voiceover saying, ‘You’re probably wondering how I ended up in this situation…’

The clip then replayed the moment in slow motion, showing Kameron walking behind Taylor while wearing a tuxedo before slipping and quickly getting back up to continue the performance.
‘You see how I didn’t trip boss lady when I ate s*** last night?… Veryyyy MINDFUL veryyyy Demure,’ Kameron wrote.
The dancer, who danced backup for Lizzo before he got his Eras Tour gig, confirmed he is not injured following the slip.
He continued: ‘I saw all of your kind, “he’s such a professional. Jumped right back into the choreography” comments.
‘I’m fine. Promise. Just a bit of an ego check falling in front of 92,000 people! BUT this deserved a laugh. Enjoy! #Mindful.’
Fans quickly took to the comments of the lighthearted video including the Lover singer’s boyfriend Travis Kelce, who liked the post.
The Kansas Chief’s player wasn’t at the London show on Friday, but his support for Kameron was evident through his online interaction.
Kameron and Travis have a distant connection other than Taylor as the dancer is the brother of Travis’ former Kansas City Chiefs teammate Khalen Saunders.
