Angel Reese reacts after Donald Trump’s major decision on TikTok
After TikTok came back online following its short-lived blackout earlier this week, Angel Reese took to the platform and shared her reaction after President Donald Trump delayed the ban.
“WE BACKKKKK,” Reese wrote in her TikTok video.
Reese has over 5.2 million followers on TikTok, and the ban could’ve disrupted her off-court branding efforts via the platform. The WNBA All-Star had previously voiced her disappointment over the ban via a series of tweets on X.
“my shaylaaaa tik tok,” Reese tweeted after the blackout.
“I didn’t even save my drafts ,” Reese tweeted.
Soon after her initial reaction to the ban on TikTok, Reese made another post an hour later, expressing concern over the purchases she made via the platform.
“I know one thing…EVERYTHING i ordered on tik tok shop better still be coming like im not even playing bout that,” Reese wrote in her post.
Angel Reese was back on X soon after to share that she thought she was dreaming when she initially heard the news of the ban.
“woke up & thought it was a dream,” she wrote.
Donald Trump’s decision to delay the ban on TikTok allows its parent company, ByteDance, 75 more days to find a non-Chinese buyer for the platform.
